Miche Milford, Director/Owner
Miche started his maintenance career in Tofino in 1995 at Crystal Cove Beach Resort as a labourer and quickly realized he loved the everyday challenge that hospitality maintenance provided. He quickly made himself an asset to the rapidly growing resort, providing maintenance, housekeeping and front desk support during the peak seasons and putting on a tool belt in the winter and building log cabins. His exceptional people skills helped him become assistant manager within four years.
He also operated a successful vacation rental out of his home in Tofino (Affinity Guest House) for over ten years before moving his family to Whistler for better schooling for his teenage son. While working for Whisky Jack Resorts as assistant maintenance manager Miche realized there was a major need for professional maintenance services for smaller-scale hospitality property owners in the Whistler community and True Pro was born.

Paul Horscroft, Maintenance Manager
Ben Hope, Labourer/ Maintenance Technician
Kirby McInnes, Electrician/ Maintenance Technician
Ben is the newest member of our team and brings with him the youthful enthusiasm that Whistler was built on. Ben has been snowboarding since he could stand and has been a member of the BC Snowboard Team and most recently the Whistler Valley Snowboard Team. Ben’s friendly and outgoing personality comes from being born and raised in one of the most beautiful places on earth- right here in B.C. and makes him a perfect fit for True Pro’s customer oriented approach to property maintenance.
Kirby moved to Whistler 5 years ago to give up the hot weather and beaches of Australia for the alpine life of big mountains and deep powder. Joining the True Pro team he has brought his vast Electrical experience in the residential and industrial fields to assist him with problem-solving. He has become a valuable asset for property maintenance and repair.
